CONTEXT

ACM GROUP is the epitome of successful external growth. Two partners set out to sell motorized two wheels after their studies. 20 years later, they’re managing several dealerships and a dozen brands, with a virtual monopoly in their catchment area.

With more than 30 employees to manage in an anxious post-covid context, it’s becoming urgent to remobilize the teams.

GOALS OF THE TASK

  • Create cohesion and links between employees.
