DAY 1 : How to listen

  • The importance of listening in communication.
  • Working on your presence.
  • Getting rid of obstacles to listening.
  • Distance in the relationship.
  • Verbal and non-verbal reformulation.

  • Situational exercises.

DAY 2 : How to develop empathy

  • Understand yourself to better understand the other person.
  • Stop focusing on yourself to better focus on the other person.
  • Managing emotions to understand those of others.
  • Complicated emotional situations, aggressiveness, emotionality and manipulation.
  • The different types of needs, with an in-depth look at motivations.

 

Practice :

  • Situational exercises.

DAY 3 : Empathy field training

  • Work on foot with horses to easily capture non-verbal language.
  • Why horses.
  • Decipher signals, interpret and react to them.
  • Build your own proactive mode so you don’t have to react.

 

Practice:

  • Progress with the animal on situations with increasing difficulty.

DAY 4 : Field training, bringing empathy and emotion management closer together

  • Fine identification of emotions through situations with the horse.
  • Managing emotions and focusing on the animal’s emotions.
  • Variations of rhythm and changing environment.
  • Individual comfort zones.
  • Emotional intelligence, bringing emotions and empathy closer together.
  • Finding solutions together, unselfishly through empathy.
  • How to stimulate your interlocutor and take the first step towards developing your interpersonal skills and the F3 training course in management and leadership.
