TO UNDERSTAND

The physiological reactions inherent in emotions are perceived well after the emotion has passed through us.
Anticipating an overly pronounced manifestation of emotion enables us to manage it and thus adapt more easily and rapidly to our environment.
The methods used are those employed by the air force to help fighter pilots manage their emotions.
You will learn to manage your breathing, heart rate and coherence, and will be accompanied by a fighter pilot and a health professional.
