HISTORY

2005 : Our first steps in communication

Our story began in 2005 with 2 people.
Our hobbyhorse : marketing and operational communication (website, sales aids, events, market research, etc.).

2006 : A major step forward through business development

To back up our offer, and above all to make sure we’re not left on our own, we’re joining a network specializing in operational business development.

2014 : Even further ahead

After becoming independent in 2011 from the first network with an overly technical approach, in 2014 we joined another network, this time more focused on personal development.
This enabled us to acquire skills in transactional analysis and to understand a little more about how it’s possible to move people forward at the pace desired by the manager.

2007 : Making interventions more effective

With a highly technical and pragmatic approach, our interventions lacked depth and stability, or even sustainability over time.
We then decided to focus on human resources by joining TTI SUCCESS INSIGHTS, the leading distributor of individual assessment tools.
This enabled us to integrate the behavioral and motivational approach and to understand why such and such individuals functioned in such and such ways.

2017 : Solving a bottleneck in training and consulting

We work on 2 complementary approaches, training and consulting / teambuilding. That said, in 90% of cases we make the same observation:

Concerning training :

Conventional classroom training is hard to digest,
It’s hard to hold people’s attention for 7 hours,
Finally, training is often a top-down desire of the hierarchy, and so it’s difficult to get those concerned involved.

Teambuilding :

It’s fun, corporate and unifying at the time, but what about « afterwards » … ?

2018 : The solution at last

On January 1, 2018 we’re launching a new, unprecedented concept in experiential training.
The overall concept consists of having participants experience exceptional situations in order to confront them with themselves on the one hand, but also to involve them in the improvement path proposed by the company.
They move from the state of reception to that of knowledge demand. Each experiment is accompanied by the theories ( presented in a playful way) that are essential for building knowledge, and by follow-up over time to ensure that the effects last.

Thanks to this method, we have succeeded in :

– Involving people, getting them out of their daily routine,
– Re-mobilizing teams and collective intelligence.

2019 : Integrating motorsport

Already passionate about motorsport, we have chosen to develop this first support in order to work in greater depth on emotional management.

In a perfectly controlled environment, it’s easy to take trainees out of their comfort zone and support them in their learning process.

2020 : Integration of the physiological approach

Working on interpersonal skills, emotions and stress involves a highly intellectual approach, as well as feelings and assessments.
The body faithfully transcribes all these parameters, so it’s only natural that we should borrow the armed forces’ physiological analysis technology to make our approach to the subject of emotions and stress even more pragmatic.

2022 : Integration of aviation

During all our training courses on management, leadership  and cohesion, we realize that the close link between all these concepts of emotional intelligence is the management of emotions and stress.
We then had to go even further, and so we turned to aviation, taking fighter pilots as our models.
From now on, our training courses include a teaching process based on aviation, with simulation in the air and physiological feedback.

2023 : CSR approach

Most of our activities are environmentally friendly, but we are aware that some of them have a real carbon footprint. We therefore seek to measure the impact of our activities on the environment, and more specifically the greenhouse gases linked to these activities (Co2, HFC, N2O, PFC).
Our 2 areas of work, aviation and automotive, have led us to make the following strategic decisions and orientations:
– Use of simulators
– Electric planes and cars
– Biofuel for cars and planes
– Reducing internship waste and promoting recycling
– Limiting or even banning the use of air conditioning
